For some time members have been asking if and when Logo’d clothing would be available to purchase.
Well IGBA committee is pleased to announce that a full product range will be available in 2024 when the IGBA shop will include on-line purchases similar to the Ring Scheme.
The subject of logo’d clothing was discussed at AGM2022 where it was agreed that selective samples be obtained in the form of Logo’d T Shirt and Sweatshirt in both B & W durable screen print and Gold embroidered version on Burgundy coloured material.Â
Samples from two suppliers were presented at AGM 2023 and a decision was made enabling the committee to proceed with obtaining and promoting IGBA merchandise.
After recent experiences of trying to get non-paper product [Rosettes] through EU country customs without it being returned or misplaced, or costing the recipient high import taxes, the distribution will be limited to UK membership until a suitable method of Overseas distribution is found ….. We hope that will not be too long.
Since Brexit it is difficult to determine which EU country will allow goods to pass unrestricted without customs requiring additional payments.
This does not mean that Overseas Members cannot order / purchase items, it is more a question of how we price the product and get the product through customs to the end user without them incurring excessive additional cost.
It is the committee intention to minimise stock holding with the ultimate preference to hold Zero stock.
After some additional research on other product that the committee considered would enhance IGBA merchandising it was decided to include, Logo’d Mugs, Key Rings and Clip badges.
These items have been ordered in minimum quantities, 50 100, 100 all to be sold either separately or as a set. Â
It is envisaged that the key Ring and Clip badge will pass customs test in the same way that Ring packages pass to EU end users without trouble as small letter package.
The bulkier Mug will be a problem that a suitable method of distribution needs to be resolved.Â

If you are not attending IGBA but another UK Affiliate Show e.g. Kent, NoE, WMGA, South Coast there will be product available at the affiliate event.
