The IGBA has contributed to the NCA joint legal fund to assist with legal representation costs in ongoing negotiations with DEFRA regarding the keeping and gathering of Passeriformes (Canaries).
As far as the IGBA is concerned, in spite of the return of the Canary onto the General Licence relating to Bird Gatherings there are still issues that need clarity.
Contributions to the NCA Joint Legal Fund are still required to Evenstar, Pinkuah Lane, Pentlow, Essex, CO10 7JW
