This article appeared in the Cage & Aviary Bird Magazine Issue 15th April 2026. the hobby is still not out into clear water. Whilst we agree that in these changing times there needs to be some modifications to bird gathering licences that we can all adhere to, there are still issues that need clarification to enable our hobby to return to a position that the bird gathering regulations are workable from both a practical and cost effective perspective.
