Eerste Nederlandse Gloster Speciaalclub Show, Oosterhout, Netherlands,  15^th November 2025

The E.N.G.S. show had another good entry of top quality Gloster Canaries. The judging team Alan Backhouse, Trevor Goddard, Dave Rands and Kev Stoakes had their work cut out to select the winners.

The high standard of the exhibits made judging very enjoyable and selection of the winners involved much discussion. It was a great show.

The team of Tom Cresens once again took awards for Best Gloster and Best Opposite Head.

His team won Best Champion, Best Corona, Best Consort, Best Gele (yellow) and Best Allied to White.

He won a total of 12 classes, double his achievement 2 years prior.

The Best Junior award was won by Fleur Egberink.

Best Cinnamon and 3 class winners were won by Bert van de Kleut.

Best Green and 4 class wins, C. Van Os. Best Green Variegated L. Ruymen. Best Intensive (yellow feather type) Gerrit Douma.

Best Grizzle Ben Mense. Best Any Other Colour and 2 classes R. F. Van de Leest. Best Couple A. M. van de Werald.

Other class winners were Willems Comb. (2), J. Ottens (3), G. Vonk, Ludo Lenaers (2), Rob van de Geer (4), E. Wagemakers (2), Mels Comb. (5), R. Stubenitsky and W. Doornenbal.
