At the South Coast All Gloster Show held on December 1st at North Mundham the judges Keith Baker and Martyn Fairfield were presented with an entry of 424 quality Glosters to sort through.

The eventual winner was a three parts dark u/f dark corona hen a bird showing good type and feather bred by Peter Bull.

Peter had an outstanding show taking the awards for Best Gloster, Best Three Parts Dark, Best White,Cinnamon and Any Other Colour, with 8 class winners a fine achievement.

The award for Best Opposite Head went to Mrs Jean Mant with a nearly clear Buff Consort Hen.

Paul Newark took the specials for Best Yellow and Best Buff. Steve Webb took the award for Best Grizzle.

In the novice section Matt Fitter took the award for Best Novice a fltd three parts dark Consort Hen, he also won Best Novice Any Other Colour.

Albert Hutton won Best Opposite Head with a fltd Blue Corona he also won the novice award for Best Yellow, Best Cinnamon and white. Aiden Keay won the award for Best Novice Buff. Butler & Hook won Best Novice Grizzle.

Best Junior was won by Maria Perryman with a fltd Consort.

The South Coast committee would like to thank Keith and Martyn for doing a fine job of judging, also to last years winner John Cronin for gifting two birds for our raffle which helped enormously with club funds.

Also we would like to thank Jean, Debbie and Helen who worked tirelessly in the kitchen providing us with breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day.

Finally thank you to all of the exhibitors who travelled far and wide to attend the show without you there would be no show.
