The Committee have to report the delay of the Year Book due to circumstances out of our control.

Unfortunately our volunteer  editor had a major computer problem with his files, both original and back up, corrupting. 

This necessitated recompiling the entire book, a mammoth task, which is nearing completion.

Within the Yearbook package is the MEMBERS SHOW SCHEDULE & ENTRY FORM.

We hope to get the Book and inserts out in the next few days which will give time to enter, Last entries have been pushed back 7 days to the 12th October, i have no doubt that Sue will accommodated a day or o later providing that you telephone her.

WITH ALL THE CURRENT DEFRA TOING & FROING YOU NEED TO ENTER YOUR CPH NUMBER ON THE ENTRY FORM , READ THE DEFRA DECLARATION, BIO SECURITY AND CONTINGENCY PLAN. SIGNATURE TO THE ENTRY FORM EVIDENCES YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND.

REMEMBER THIS IS NOT OF OUR DOING BUT A NECESSITY TO AVOID POSSIBLE PROBLEMS IF A APHA/LOCAL TRADING STANDARDS OFFICER VISITS THE SHOW AND ASKS TO SEE DOCUMENTATION
