So at the end of 2024 and after 35 years as a member of the IGBA I decided to finish with bird keeping having started 5 years previous to get serious about breeding and showing.
In that time I have enjoyed a fair bit of success with numerous best in show winners.
To this day I am the only exhibitor from any part of Ireland to have won a best award at the IGBA show.
I have had the pleasure of judging all over Ireland as well as England, Scotland, Holland and Italy, becoming friends with a lot of people some still here some unfortunately passed.
Glosters have been a large part of my life but I feel now’s the time to move on.
