Memberships, Adverts, Rings, Patronages
Just a quick reminder to all members and affiliate societies. In order to keep membership fees of any description current they need to be with the Treasurer as follows.
Personal membership – Renewal
To be considered a current member, membership renewal payments need to be with the Treasurer by the 31st January in any year. This is particularly important in allowing us to arrange production and distribution of the yearbook. Fees received after date may well jeopardise your receipt of the Annual until payment is received. If physical stocks of year books are depleted you may well be sent a digital version.
Remember: New and renewing membership should only be made by either 1) online payment using the website link for the UK ; for the EU and for the ROW which will provide proof of payment or 2) postal submission to the Membership Secretary who will record the payment and acknowledge receipt prior to immediately forwarding monies received to the Treasurer.
The Fee for affiliation is now all inclusive for Affiliation Fee, Rosettes and Promotion / Advertising. For this to be effective for your club, association, society the fee for the coming year needs to be with us by the 31st March at the latest.
Remember: We now have one Yearbook so fees received after date, will ensure that your show will not appear in the Yearbook as pre-production will be underway; the number of rosettes required will have been ordered and allocated which means we incur additional cost if additional rosettes are required. If you have not decided on Judges then your Advert / Promo in the year book can advise TBC and the website and period bulletins can be updated when you confirm judges names. The committee especially the Treasurer, UK and Overseas Secretaries politely ask that you change your habit of leaving everything to the last minute and provide information in line with the foregoing so that we can help you and your organisation in a timely and professional manner.
You are only a current member / affiliate when fees are in the possession of the Membership Secretary or the Treasurer. It is not recommended or advised that you give funds to any other member on your behalf to pay to the Member Secretary or Treasurer. All Payments should be accompanied by the members details for us to keep our records current.
For online payment you don’t need to have a PayPal account you just enter your personal / affiliate details and payment can be made using a Debit or Credit Card and you will get an immediate confirmatory receipt. Simple, Easy, Quick and Secure.
Thanking you all in advance for your help in resolving some administration issues .
