September is the time of year that we should all be paying attention to our mail deliveries both “E” and “Snail”, if we participate in the exhibition scene, as by now there will be show schedules winging their way to the mailbox.

Last years breeding stock will be through, or getting close to being through the moult and selections for show teams will have been made or being made.

The first UK show this year appears to be the Kent All Gloster on the 2nd October, rapidly followed by a limited program of other events taking place before the end of December. It is to be hoped that there is a return to a full program of events in 2022.

Our continental cousins are covering social media with their upcoming events so it seems that all systems are go for the 2021 Exhibition Season.

With every show there comes a need to report the goings on, winners, runners up, quality of birds on display in fact anything that will provide goods reading for Gloster fans across the world.

This blog is a reminder for all organisers of an ALL Gloster Show wherever you are in the world that the IGBA is looking for you to supply editorial and pictures that will grace the affiliate section of the website.

Currently there is a holding article from the last Malta show on the page. We need to see current year reports alongside it as a permanent reminder of your event which allows Gloster people from across the world to keep abreast of results and maybe consider showing with you next year.

All you need to do is take photos of the event, write an article of 2 A4 pages at most and email to admin@igba.co.uk
