In order for the committee to keep the members informed of its activity it is important that we obtain members email addresses.
Because email is the quickest, most direct and cheapest method of communication available to us.
A past criticism targeted at the officers & committee has been “we never know what’s going on”. Well it’s a two way street and we need you to engage…..Please Help us to Help you…..
It’s a painless process to give us your email address.
Go to the Membership Page – Pricing & Benefits, move to the bottom of the page “Keeping Members Details Current” then enter the detail requested.
This will go into a simple data base that will enable us to send out member information, example, AGM and Committee Minutes, in one mail shot. It avoids time wasting trying to gather addresses from various bits of paper. This detail will only be used for IGBA admin purposes and not be given to any third party.
